We had a great experience with Tracey from day one. First inspected the unit, Tracey was super friendly and patient, taking the time to introduce the area and answer all our questions. Very soon after, we received a draft of the lease to review. It was detailed, transparent, and easy to understand.

Two day after, we had already moved in! To our surprise and delight, the fridge we made a little wish for was already in place. It really made us feel cared for.

I can’t thank our property agency enough for their quick and professional response when we really needed help. Recently, when our car was broken into and our house key was stolen (we shouldn’t place there), Tracey responded quickly and helped us arrange for a lock change on the same day. Their efficiency and support made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Great communication until the property was sold. I had an issue that needed urgent follow up due to storm damage to my property and was told that I'd have to wait for the other guy who sold my house (whom I had never even been introduced to) to speak to the purchasers, 5 days later I received a response.
On top of that, my house sale settled 30 minutes before I had even received a phone call regarding exchanging keys.
All in all communication and customer service was poor once the sale was sealed.
How hard would it have been to shake my hand and thank me for the opportunity to list my home? You made good money from me, I could have gone elsewhere.
