Unprofessional and Neglectful

When we first started renting with Ray White Rural Timboon after moving to Princetown, the experience was positive. Our agent Rebecca was fantastic—professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about our needs. Unfortunately, when Rebecca left the agency, everything went downhill.

Since then, we’ve faced nothing but frustration and neglect:

Failure to provide mandatory Gas and Electrical Certificates of Compliance , leaving us in a property that was non-compliant for our entire tenancy.

Refusal to share water test results from a professional lab, despite repeated requests and serious health concerns caused by unsafe water.

Poor property maintenance, with incomplete work at move-in and critical safety issues ignored for months.

Unauthorised and intrusive actions, including the director of Ray White Rural Timboon contacting my disability support providers without consent, even asking for private confidential meetings with my support coordinator, without my knowledge or presence breaching my privacy.

Intimidation tactics and threats from staff, including Gerard Delaney threatening the use of his "special relationship with Victoria Police" and Angus Mead (client relations), making an already stressful situation unbearable.

Attempts to escalate our concerns to their corporate office yielded no meaningful resolution. The current team at Ray White Rural Timboon has shown a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for tenants.

If you value clear communication, ethical practices, and a competent property management team, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
Ray White Rural Timboon claimed regular maintenance had been conducted on these tanks (see video), even producing Statutory declarations and misleading invoices. The tanks were never serviced the entire time we were there, "two years."

It was promoted by Ray White as a rare opportunity and it has proven to be a fantastic location, Ray White Timboon - Kate and Gerard, did a superb job of presenting Hebs Track to us and assisting us wherever possible to secure our piece of paradise on the Great Ocean Road!
