Another RASHAYS we have been to… great atmosphere, a bit far from home but thought to try as it is the biggest in Canberra, I believe, staff is pleasant, best garlic pizza compared to the other 2 canberra RASHAYS.. it was a public holiday, so, unfortunately did not get the kids eat free Monday offer, but overall, it was lovely, we enjoyed the food and lovely atmosphere

Wonderful Service from Emma at RASHAYS Belconnen

I recently dined at RASHAYS Belconnen, and while the food was enjoyable, it was the excellent service from Emma that truly stood out. Her bright pink hair was a fun and cheerful touch that perfectly matched her warm and friendly demeanor.

Emma was so kind and attentive, making me feel genuinely valued as a customer. She went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and happy throughout my visit. Her hospitality was impressive, and it’s clear she takes great pride in her work.

I would happily return to RASHAYS Belconnen, not just for the food but for the outstanding service Emma provided. Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable!

Rashays is one of our favorite restaurant... But Yesterday after had lunch there my husband has vomiting and feeling sick also straight after food my stomach was hurting. Food taste was worse and pizza smells bad..
Also there service was so bad. I was waiting 25 minutes to order, and they served after 40 minutes. I requested not to make dry pasta but they still made dry.. I think need to check their food quickly... Which is worse...

We ordered T-bone steak with a side of salad and coleslaw and Beef Brisket Burger with a side of fries. Really enjoyed the food. Flavours were balanced and brisket was very tender. Overall good experience. Coleslaw could use bit more dressing otherwise no complains.
Has a wide variety of food items on the menu and food is halal as well.

Half an hour after we left I was straight into the bathroom. And then again 20 minutes later…. The food looked and tasted ok, but something was definitely not ok. If you don’t want to be sick, don’t have the grilled chicken.

Poor service. We had food on table but no cutleries to eat pasta and steak. I requested two staffs but to no avail. Looks like the restaurant ran out of cutleries. Took around 10min. for staff to bring fork and knife on the table.
This is sad to see at Rashays.
Also, I don’t know if they have washed the lemon (see photo).

ordered Medium rare wagu beef steak …. it was definitely Blue (not cooked) , I complained to cook just my steak, not new one .

the picture below was taken after i complained….. still Rare not even Medium rare also was not busy at all.

unbelievable and disappointing

seems they didn’t wanna take complaints or

didn’t have any knowledge how to cook steak.
