We had the pleasure of the Mitta Mitta River 1 Day Rafting experience on Saturday the 5th October 2024.

Knowledgeable guides, clean/warm equipment and a well laid out experience! It was clear to see these guys know what they are doing.

A big thank you to our guide Smithy! He taught us lots of techniques and ensured our fun and safety requirements were met for the entire adventure!!

Thank you Rafting Australia for the awesome day, highly recommend for a fun day of out with a group of friends/family! Plenty of thrills, laughs and good memories!!!

Rafting Australia was one of the best adventure experiences that we have had. The training with our wonder guide and captain, Lockie was excellent. The bus ride to the river was comfortable . The picturesque scenery was fantastic down the Mitta Mitta river with the rocks, wedge tail eagle nest and amazing gorge. Lunch was divine and suitable for the whole group and I am going to contact and hopefully get the recipe.
The rafting, well it was so Much fun. With a few members absolutely crapping their pants, they were soon put at ease with the safety gear provided , the professional training and kind encouragement to get in the raft.
Smithy, Lockie and Tracey were a pleasure to deal with , considering what they provide and the value for money, they really are to cheap.

Our ageing group of 11 people with our share of health issues (Inc fear) from around NSW and New Mexico were professionally taken care of and we can not thank the team enough for such an amazing time.

The team was very friendly, the scenery was great and the lunch break and food was also good. Our raft guide kept us entertained the entire time. Thank you for an enjoyable experience!

Tracey, Smithy, Callum, Charlotte and Dave were fantastic and son was the rafting today! Great experience! We loved the tomato soup too! Felt totally safe and had a blast. We highly recommend and will be coming back.

An amazing day of rafting with a great group of people, experienced and knowledgeable guides who made it such a fun day! A delicious lunch enjoyed in such a beautiful part of the world who could want more. Would highly recommend if a rafting adventure is on your bucket list.

Wonderful experience. Loved the rapids even though they are called Widow Maker, Grave Yard, Water Fall etc. etc. Not encouraging for the 70 somethings but we managed perfectly due to great guides & just proves there is no age limit. What better way to spend your Sunday. The team at Rafting Australia have you sorted from all the right gear, to the safety brief to the delicious home cooked lunch to warm you up at the half way mark. Absolutely stunning surroundings of the Victorian forest as you casually make your way down the Mitta Mitta. We didn't know the people in our group but that didn't matter as you had time for casual conversation in between the concentrating parts. Would highly recommend joining the team even if you are a solo adventurer. Thanks team
