The people in store seemed lovely but weren’t helpful. I went into the store, explained I have a claim in progress that requires a diagram and I don’t have access to a printer to action. RAC staff advised I’d need to go to a different RAC branch in west Perth, Carousel or some other store. Why they weren’t able to print the pdf id already been provided from RAC astounds me. Terrible customer service for your brand regardless of which segment you look after.

Went to get my International Driver's License to use in Thailand, I brought my own passport photo and was asked a few simple questions that were easy to answer so was in-and-out in like, 15 minutes it was so quick! Fantastic service ?

Got international license at this store, and they stamped the wrong expire date on it, went to see them about it and they said would re do it but I would have to pay for the photos again at my expense. Not to happy about it that’s for sure. Will search for new place to do it next time.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were barely even acknowledged when we entered. No hello at all. No one even looked up from their computer. Two colleagues on the ‘Travel’ side where sitting talking to each other loudly and complaining to one another about an email they had been sent. And by the sounds of it the email was a ‘complaint’ email. The other woman who was ‘serving’ my partner didn’t even look up from her desk to say ‘can I help you’ (which took at least 1 minute for her to ask) and didn’t once give eye contact or look at his face. Not impressed. When it came to making payment for his international licence (the purpose of our visit) - the woman just threw back his credit card and receipt over the counter. Still did not look up from her computer once. I’m actually in shock at how bad the service was. No thank you or good bye when the transaction was finished either.
