I am very happy with the service I received at RAC Albany. Cel was incredibly helpful and went miles above and beyond in assisting me with my breakdown and sorting out the vehicle. I was very overwhelmed with what happened to my car but Cel and the team at RAC helped so much with sorting out the issues I was facing. The staff showed exceptional customer service and helped me so much with navigating a difficult situation. Thank you so much for all your help Cel.

Went in there this morning to get travellers insurance, got in there and all the three women were on their headsets which is fine but no one said hie or we will be with you in a moment, we weren’t sure if we were in the right place and they kept making calls with us waiting and not even telling us what was happening. There were so rude, and 0 customer service. We were in there cash in hand ready to leave with travel insurance and possibly insurance for my car. They did not even look at us for even a head nod of acknowledgement . If I could give them a zero stars I really would. Maybe we will call them then we would get better service. Don’t bother going in.

Terrible customer service. Would not go here again!! Went in because someone had hit my car and damaged it, wanted the number so I could let Pannel beaters know. All the guy wanted me to do was buy a new car which I can’t afford even asked me bout my job and how many hrs I do and still get me to buy a new car. Not what I wanted! My car was damaged just wanted to get it in the works to get fixed. Rang online rac and they helped me would do this next time!
