A wonderful experience with the RAA this morning when I pulled over to check a warning light and found that my electric handbrake was now locked on.
The guy from RAA (Victor)was there with in 1/2 hour and after inspection decided it needed to be towed to Victor. 5 minutes later and my car was on its way to the Auto shop. Sensational service.

Today I had an unusual request, to replace a battery on my Renault Clio key card. I’m an RAA member from Adelaide and didn’t want to break down on my way home! The lovely lady who served me initially suggested I take the key card to a battery specialist down the road. However, she kindly persevered and cleverly replaced the battery which I had purchased. Thank you so much! I’m very grateful for your wonderful service!

Went in to "window shop" for a mobility walker. Sue was very approachable and gave me lots of information and a full demonstration of how the item folded up. When I went back a couple of weeks later to make my purchase Sue remembered me and made the whole experience easy and very pleasant. I coldn't have asked for more.

Rang up as battery was dead and the assistance over the phone from Samantha was personal, very friendly , reassuring and positive. We have insurance with them and to rejoin was astoundingly low and the call out was very quick. I would highly recommend them. Thanks RAA.
