Today I had a terrible day, my first comment would be to apologize to the patrol man from OGR Mt Gambier.The day started with a flat tyre, called the required no in Adelaide explained the problem to the operator explained location (Mt Gambier)told it could be 1 hr wait (Mt Gambier is a city 26K people and there is one patrol vehicle) In this day and age I find this unacceptable for the same area in Adelaide just how many patrol vehicles would be available, as Mt Gambier is the biggest city outside of Adelaide in SA are we not entitled to better than 1 patrol vehicle.As we pay the same price as people in Adelaide are we not entitled to the same service. I waited 55 min before the patrolman arrived I asked at what time he got the jod and he said 2.30 pm but he was in Tallanga which is not in the shire of MT Gambier and agreat distance to travell back to Mt Gambier I am 77 yrs of age been a member for 55 yrs and a returned service person I was not fit enough to change the tyre myself as I would normally I am getting to old to carry out these tasks.

The RAA shop in Mount Gambier. I have been a member of the RAA since 2010 . I have never been into that shop and not gotten or not had My questions answered. Every time I have been in there they are polite make sure I understand the answer I have been given. They simply good friendly staff.

The staff at this store are incredible and that is why we have all our insurances with RAA!
I always go direct to them with any query.. they are friendly and knowledgeable … such a please to deal with … they deserve more that 5 ⭐️

Just fabulous! On a cold and rainy morning when they were busy I broke down - they came when they could and the guy was lovely, checking out the engine etc Sadly I had filled up my diesel car with unleaded (whoops - don't judge!) The tow truck was called and RAA rang around & got me into a service centre where I waited whilst my mistake was rectified. RAA guy was so nice and supportive, not judgy or critical and my apologies, but I don't remember his name. Very good service, he was knowledgeable and efficient and despite it being about 2pm got me towed and repaired. Thank you

Needed to cancel a policy, add a new one and claim a windscreen replacement. Staff were on the ball making this very easy to deal with and it was a pleasure doing business. Always friendly, knowledgeable and eager to satisfy the customer. Well done ladies.
