Very Disappointed in the customer service at this branch. Staff talk amongst themselves and leave the customer hanging.
Went in to collected 2 large suitcases ordered. Advised to get trolleys by Male Staff member Ben.
On my return found the boxes pushed into the middle of the store with Ben sitting at his computer. He did not give eye contact or offer to place the boxes in the trolleys.
Was appalled that he continued to ignore me and had a female staff member place the boxes into the 2 trollies for him.
All he was prepared to do was put the transaction thru on the computer. Even this he didn't know how to do, as the same female staff member had to assist him.
It felt like he didn't want to be there and that customers were an inconvenience. He didn't interact well with his fellow staff members either. Very disappointed and found the branch atmosphere and staff moral low. The only saving grace was his female colleague.

We were planning a trip and believed we had membership included in the warranty by the dealer. THIS was not the case it had not been renewed since Feb 23. The lady was very helpfull and now we are comp members and I do not need to travel such a long distance for ford service

As a younger boomer, I went in for some advice on a European holiday, I saw two staff members from the travel section just sitting around. I think there was only one person in the entire shop and no one at travel counter. Enquired about travel and was told, "You have to make a booking." So I shrugged, as I got impression, I was not wanted and I was actually imposing on their sitting around. Poor form RAA. Customer service dreadful. So guess what, I won't be relying on them for any travel now or at any time in the future.
