I am beyond frustrated with the service I received from RAA. I was stranded in the middle of nowhere for over 12 hours, and their excuse for not showing up? "There might be kangaroos on the road, so it’s risky." Seriously? This was during nice weather, and they refused to come, leaving me completely helpless.

Multiple calls were made via Toyota’s emergency helpline, but RAA still failed to act. One of their phone operators even had the audacity to hang up on me, demanding upfront payment instead of providing the urgent assistance I needed. Is this how you treat people in an emergency?

When someone calls for emergency roadside assistance, the expectation is immediate support, not excuses and delays. If safety was a concern, they should have found an alternative way to help instead of abandoning their responsibility.

I had no choice but to accept the help when it finally arrived, but why should I have to pay after being neglected for over 12 hours? This is absolutely unacceptable. RAA is supposed to be a reliable service, but clearly, they don’t care about their customers when it actually matters.

I will never trust RAA again, and I strongly advise others to reconsider relying on them

RAA Roadside Assist is a great service. Unfortunately, I had to call them twice in less than a month due to the battery issue in my car. On the first occasion, they were there within 15 minutes and on the second, within 30. Their contractors were very friendly and professional, and they assisted with the car running within minutes. I have been always a customer but this time it is so disappointing.
I made a mistake getting the RAA energy, they told me connecting date 17/01. I called three time to make sure become it was Friday that your are connecting my energy. But they haven’t, every phone call they just mislead me.
We had to spend whole weekend in the dark and hot house.
When I contacted SA power they said RAA sent wrong work order So they can’t help us.
What a shame.
You need to stick with insurance and road service at least you do that properly.
Never ever get RAA energy, or you will end up like me.

I took my car to RAA Mile End (SA) for a full inspection. When I collected the car the charging port was broken and I'm sure it was working when I got there. I called them regarding this matter and they said will get in touch with me ASAP but they didn't, call them the next day and after a huge waiting time got to talk with the manager who didn't even sound pleasant and with a irritated tone said "we can't do anything about it because we don't even go near the charging port while inspecting". I was so frustrated after hearing this and I have to put my money to get it fixed. NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. Even if you want to take it there record everything and have video evidence before you leave your car (My big mistake).

I am not the slightest bit impressed at all i purchased my partner a driving lesson gift pack for 10 driving lessons in store at Mile end.. however now upon redemption Raa claims they have no record of it on file.. I have my recipt and transaction shows on my bank account.. I will be returning to receive a full refund..
