Quest Watergardens, we had a two-bedroom apartment accessible and a two-bedroom apartment, to accommodate 7 of us.
The rooms were a good size, had lots of space, were clean and beautifully appointed with a balcony, the balcony was perfect for sitting out to get fresh air. The kitchenette was well equipped with more than I expected. Facilities were also very new.
Very convenient location within a short walk to the shopping centre and reachable to all necessities.
Not far from the airport and easy transportation into the city.
How could you complain, they were so helpful to us, prepared our room for late arrival, and late check-out at 1pm for a small fee. Room service and maintenance staff were impeccable.

Would highly recommend staying with groups, families or groups of families.

Thank you Gazal and your team for being very very helpful and so kind, you have added more value to our experience.
I could not wish for anything better!
Loved the apartments and will be back.

Staff Noemi is hardworking and helpful. Room is well equipped. Sound proofing not excellent. The $300 bond is mandatory and not released immediately after check out. Location and facilities are fantastic. A nearby mall and laundry available in hotel. Uber from airport is about $35.

Room was immaculate and well presented bed were comfortable and the whole process easy and wonderful! Would highly recommend to everyone.. we stayed to attend the plumpton rodeo!! Staff was lovely and nothing was a problem for them! Check out was 10am..

We stayed here for two weeks last year during our wedding and came back for our anniversary again last night. We stayed in the same room. The service at reception is very professional. Feels like going home now and the room was amazing. Special shout out to Yarrah, amazing service

We had a very long stay with Quest Watergardens for over 10 weeks while we awaited settlement on a new home.
From the very first day we felt extremely welcome and cared for. Gazal and her entire team go above and beyond to make everything perfect. The girls from house keeping were wonderful and made sure our stay in a 1 bedroom apartment was comfortable, providing us with superb service and always a friendly smile. The apartment had every amenity that we needed, including a well set up kitchen. There was also a washing machine and dryer which was extremely handy for the extended stay.
As others have stated, the location can't be faulted. With immediate access to Watergardens shopping centre and only 2 minutes to the free way, there's nothing lacking.
I'd highly recommend staying with Quest Watergardens.

The facilities and staff were great. Everything room and staff wise was perfect. The only downside is they charge $10 for parking. The parking is not in a locked up garage, so anyone can come into the car park. Also, there is free all day parking right outside the hotel. So, the parking fee is a rip off, as you essentially get nothing for the $10

Excellent service by Abby at front desk. She stayed back to check me in. Very polite and friendly |Great service clean rooms |Highly recommended easy parking and local shopping center is next door which makes shopping for food for the room very easy.
