Just did my fourth overseas dive trip with Quest to Sula Wesi, Indonesia. Diving was spectacular. Accommodation excellent. I’ve dived in Foster with them and I’ve travelled with them to Tonga, Maldives and Lord Howe. Dive trips with Quest are always fun and well run.

2018 Tonga trip. The accommodation and boat operators that Quest booked with were great. However, communication and customer service from Australian staff is non existent. We have tried various means, email, Insta DM etc. Wish I could give more stars, it had the potential to be a much better experience.

I booked and fully paid for a trip with Quest to see the whale sharks in September '18. They cancelled the trip a day before we were due to leave, and are refusing to provide a full refund. I have made a complaint to the Department of Fair Trading to try to get the remainder of my money back.
And agree with the comments about lack of communication. Even before the trip was cancelled, it took numerous emails and phone calls to get a reply to a question.
