The hotel location is great near restaurants and shops. The room facilities are well equipped. The room is clean, spacious, and offer a stunning lake view. The staff is exceptionally friendly and provided us with excellent recommendations for exploring the area. We booked the hotel for our trip to Jervis Bay, which is just a 20-minute drive away, making it very convenient.

The room was very spacious and clean, and so was the bathroom. Staff were super lovely. I do strongly urge Quest to do something about the poor soundproofing in the rooms, because I was kept up from 2AM - 4AM by the guest in the adjacent hotel room. You can hear literally everything through the walls. Not much point in staying at a hotel where you can’t get a good night’s rest.

Good clean and tidy units. Two bedroom family unit was large and kitchen fine. Big lounge and meals area..space is no problem for f as milked in these units. Only down was floor plan which meant a long walk from bedrooms to bathroom, which was combined with laundry. The provision of USB points on power points would be a simple and good improvement. Street parking available in weekend for free, rather than paying for secure parking. Staff friendly and welcoming and a restaurant right next door, though a little isolated from other shopping precincts.

My stay at the Quest was perfect. Great facilities, staff and location. Each morning I met up with my daughter and sister and we had a lovely walk to Hanging Rock and Ben’s Walk stopping at a nearby cafe on the way home for breakfast.

The staff was very friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The location is convenient, situated near the CBD with plenty of shops and restaurants. The clean rooms include modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and a comfortable bed. I highly recommend Quest Nowra and look forward to returning!

If you stay at a reputable hotel with a decent reputation you would think they would be paying there staff overtime rates on public holidays to service your room and not use the excuse that staff would prefer to have time with family. The rate for the room didn’t change but what you got for your money did, the owners need to look at why they are in the hospitality industry.
I could have complimented them but find it very disappointing that cost savings would spoil an otherwise nice stay. Note to anyone staying Sunday or public holidays you will have to expect no services. Nothing was mentioned when we booked in and the only notice for the lack of service was a printed note on the walls randomly placed around the hotel, which was only noticed after having to pick up clean towels from reception and the receptionist was more than happy to point this out.

Lovely comfortable clean accommodation. Unfortunately the wifi wasn’t working and still no good after calling reception for assistance but we stayed only one night so it wasn’t too much of a problem. The complimentary ice cream for each guest was a nice surprise.
