Komal and Bandit always made me feel so welcome, they are friendly and helpful. I stayed for 2 nights, the room was clean, warm and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with whatever I needed to prepare meals. They also sorted the parking for me and made sure I was happy during my stay. Would recommend for a short stay!

Stayed just one night in an apartment and was really impressed! The apartment wasn’t excessively big but perfect for two people. The kitchen was very well equipped with a small stove top, pots, pans, chopping board, knives etc. Staff were lovely and let us keep our car in the car park for a few hours after checking out. Cat park was tight for a hilux but it was doable.

Quest Canberra City Walk is a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and very quiet. It is very central and easy to get around. Great shopping and restaurants nearby, and the Mall is excellent.

We came during a quiet time on boxing day which was nice since there isn't as many people. Everything is on this strip. Pricey is very reasonable and since we didn't have a car, the parking isn't an issue for us. Rooms were clean and much better value than when we were in Melbourne. Staff were really nice. Steps away from all the food and shops, would recommend to anyone.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms.
1. When we moved in, there was what looked like dried vomit on the lower part of the bathroom wall and around the toilet that had not been cleaned since the previous person.
2. The seal was missing on the bottom of the shower so the water flooded the bathroom. We had to ask someone to come and repair it. Had to wait around for the person.
3. Our towels had stains on them.
4. Cockroaches in the kitchenette areas.

Internet service didn't work well.

Also, your parking area is so small, it was a struggle to get in and out of. Big scrapes and chunks missing out of the walls at the entrance/exit from people's cars clealy experiencing the same problem.

Great location, near to restaurants, awesome, shopping, transport etc. Local Cafe is associated for a great breakfast. Staff are always helpful. Underground parking is very tight - confident drivers only.
