I had a fantastic stay! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality. The atmosphere was inviting, and the room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It was clear that attention to detail was a priority, and everything was top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day.

A special shout-out goes to the receptionist. They went above and beyond to make sure my check-in process was smooth and quick. Not only were they professional, but their friendly demeanor and helpfulness made me feel right at home.

I’ll definitely be returning next time when I'm in the area!

From the initial call I made to book a pet-friendly apartment, to checking in, staying for two weeks and then checking out, the staff at Quest Burwood East were amazing. Always friendly and helpful, they made my stay a great experience.
The rooms were comfortable, clean and had all the amenities needed so I could just stay in, be with my two cats and get some work done.
Shout out to Hannah and David for being awesome!

Walking again today I was greeted by the friendly team as if I was a friend. All 3 ladies go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and special. The rooms are clean and have great views. Always stay here when on business. Location is great and so convenient. The wonderful team make it a great experience

Had a great 4-night stay here with my dog Bronx. The staff were friendly, the room was neat and the bed was so comfy. I had the best sleeps. People were nice and it was easily accessible. Thanks for having us guys. 🙂

Feed back for the property- the only garbage can in the whole place was a tiny one in the bathroom. A normal size bin in the kitchen area would be helpful. The bathroom tap turned on so fast and the sink was so shallow that we got sprayed regularly. Lastly there is a bar of soap provided but no soap dish so we had to lay soggy soap in the counter as the sink was a bowl shape. Overall it was a good place to stay

Hi ,

I’ve been lucky enough to have stayed at Quest Burwood East quite a few times over the past 18 months or so.
Each time the staff (I will give special mention to KJ) for the way they are extremely friendly, efficient and flexible working around a shift worker like myself.

The rooms are always immaculate, the apartment rooms are very spacious.

I would recommend staying for whatever purposes that you are looking for.

Thank you Quest Burwood East for making my stay a very warm and welcoming one that was perfect for hosting my guests for Christmas time. The service provided was fantastic and I really do appreciate all the help to accommodate my preferences and needs for my stay. This place was very pleasant, modern, relaxing and new and had all the amenities that I needed as well. My guests loved the accommodation too, and felt like they were at home :). We look forward to staying again with you soon!
