Everything you need for a professional stopover. Check-in was seamless, room and facilities clean and serviced. Convenient and centrally located. This is the second time I have been stayed here and I have always enjoyed it. Local traffic can be a little frustrating but expected so close to the CBD. Bathroom freshly renovated with modern decor. Will be back!

Nice size room with balcony. Lovely Mor bathroom amenities. Check-in was easy with very friendly service. The location was close to the airport which suited us but could be noisy for some as the train line is close as well. Good bowling club across the road for a reasonably priced meal which was delicious.

This was a new accommodation site for us and we will definitely be back. Off the main road, so it is very quiet. A balcony and windows that open! No annoying outside lights to disrupt sleep and the bed was so comfy.

Was advised a $50 charge for late checkin bond. Once I checked my statement, I noticed $51.50 was charged. Upon opening the room, I was immediately greeted by two small cockroaches .... noticed them again in the morning. As someone who stayed in multiple hotels during the year for work and family, this is one place I will not visit again. Sorry, but this is not up to the standard Quest standard

I picked this hotel as we couldn’t get into the one we used to. I thought it would be of similar calibre as most of the quest chain but it’s not. Not that clean and quite run down. They have tried to update it to their credit but it’s still old. Airconditioning is not the best and we had mosquitos every night come in. Like 4 at a time after we swotted them. As it’s only two storey no lifts so be aware of that. Location is good and close to most things especially Woolworths down the road. The lady at the front desk is lovely.

I am very disheartened by the service I received from reception from Quest Ascot today. I had previously booked at Quest Mascot and they had not refunded me my deposit for the room I had canceled so I decided to call as I was waiting on several hundred dollars to be refunded. I had called the general Quest number and the lady on the phone had accidentally transferred me to Quest Ascot instead of Quest Mascot. I thought that this was a very understandable mistake but the woman on the phone very rudely told me that I had called the wrong number, I informed her that I was transferred to this number and was going to ask if I could be transferred to the correct Quest location but before I could finish my sentence she screamed at me “I’m telling you you have called the wrong number”. I told her once again that I was transferred to this number and asked to be transferred to the correct number as I was on hold for over 15 minutes. She then responded by screaming at me again. Regrettably, as I was screamed at multiple times I did respond to this angrily which I do apologise for, however, if she had listened to me and responded with a statement similar to “I’m sorry but I can’t transfer you, but I can give you the number to the correct location or give you our customer service email” as opposed to being hostile and screaming, this never would have happened. I then asked this woman to confirm that this is the Ascot instead of the Mascot location for my reference and instead of answering the question she responded by continuing to scream at me about me about the transfer and blamed me for being transferred to the incorrect number. I asked her my question again to which she finally answered me. I thanked her for answering my question and she then rudely and abruptly hung up on me. This kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable and someone who can not answer simple inquiries without resorting to yelling and hostility should not be in the customer service industry.

excellent reception staff. Comfy, clean and quiet room. Loved the shower! within walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Great spot if heading to the races at Doomben or Eagle Farm. TV was ordinary and no Foxtel was the only downer. Everything else was fine. Staff excellent.
