Hopeless website. I assume it was down when we tried to check fares. Kept asking us to nominate a departing station and the destination station, which we did but then nothing ………

Due to unforseen problems with the running of the spirit of queensland I had to cancel , but had a refund issue that was getting difficult to sort over the phone so i decided to call in at your office .
Kerry greeted me with a smile ,I told her my problem and she said no worries I will sort this out for you now , the difficulty turned out to be my uk bank card , but Kerry phoned a couple of offices and by hook or by crook she solved the problem and the refund was in my account
Top marks to you Kerry for the lovely way you sorted out my Problem .
because of staff members like Kerry and David we will certainly be travelling on the spirit of queensland
next time we are here.

O my word! What an amazing experience. We traveled from Cairns to Brisbane om the Spirit of Queensland and we had the opportunity to meet John on the first shift and then Claire on the second shift. We were spoiled, pampered and extremely well looked after. We will most definitely travel via Rail again here in Australia in the future should the opportunity arise.

I just rang to make a booking and had some complicated requirements. Liz took my call and worked in conjunction with Robert to do more than I would have imagined possible to accommodate my needs.
It is only because of these two team members that my kids and I can enjoy a trip this year. Thank you both, from the bottom of my heart <3
