Had an amazing bridal shower at Queen B staff and overall party ambiance was amazing despite the rainy weather. I was very hesitant at first due to inclement weather but party turned out spectacular. The food was a 10, mimosas and sangrias a 10, the venue was a 10 decorations were on point. The event planning and execution a 10. Loved everything about my party experience from the planning stages to the event day. Marcela had very good advise on what to do or choose as well as graciously offered to help with party planning. Maryanne and Marcela were simply the best. I would definitely book a party here. So let me start off by saying this venue made a lot of mistakes for my event. So I payed for a 4 hour event which started at 6pm. The staff were still setting up past 6pm so we had to wait for them to finish so my family could put our decorations up. So my event wasn't able to start till 6:20pm. My husband and I had guests arrive slightly early than 6. Marianne called me and wanted me to have my mother tell those guests to get out and come back in at exactly 6pm. If they didn't want guests who weren't there to help with the set up, they should of had someone at the door controlling entry. They wanted to charge me $75 for that. The next mistake was the food and drinks. The waiters claimed to have given us 85 plates but we only paid for the 80 people package and only 78 guests arrived. So I'm not exactly sure where they came up with that number. The venue was hot and they ran out of tea after 2 hours, when I paid for 4. My husband asked Marianne if they could lower the temperature and she claimed it was at 68. My guests were sweating and had nothing to drink. I had to have my brother go pick up water bottles for my guests. Once we departed from the venue we felt the temperature get cold.
My wedding cake was not served and had to use to groom's cake because the waiters claimed my cake was frozen. And they cut my top tier which is typically supposed to be saved for the 1 year anniversary because they said they couldn't lift it up. So not only did I not get to save that tier, I had way too much cake left over. Once I got home, I managed to lift the second tier off perfectly fine. My baker came in person and showed me that the cake was not frozen and she cut into it perfectly fine. So again, I'm not sure why they couldn't do it.
At the entrance of the door there is a wall there was a sign that said 'CONGRATS GRAD' which was supposed to have been taken off way before my wedding started and was left there for my event despite me asking way in advance if it was going to be taken down which both ladies said it would be.
Towards the end of my event, they threatened to call the cops on us because they wanted us to leave earlier than 10pm since we arrived earlier than 6pm.
I am just overall disappointed with this venue and the wait staff they had. They were very rude to my DJ and baker. Very unprofessional and made many mistakes. I would be cautious in considering this place for your event. The only thing I can possibly praise it for it that the package deals and the decorations.

Context, so my wife and I chose this place for our wedding day. Terrible, terrible. To start off my family had arrived early. We were told for our DJ and our baker to come on by between 5 to 6 to setup. I had asked a few questions for the DJ about if he could come at 4:30 to start setting up. Of course we were told he had to pay an extra fee of 75 to come that early to open the doors. Good thing he didn't, and even then our DJ had arrived early waiting for 5 o clock to roll around to come in. They did not open the doors til 8 minutes later. So much for that. My family arrived around 5:15 or so to bring down items for the setup. I found out later from my mother-in-law that the staff had contacted Mariane and that she contacted my wife to make her tell my family that everybody in the building needs to leave since it was not 6 or they will have to charge us extra. If this was a problem then have someone present to tell us this and not make my family tell our guests to leave. Even then the staff did not have our wedding setup til past 6 maybe around 6:25 it was finally done but they told us to hold off on the wedding a bit for them to do finishing touch ups. We finally started at around 6:30, 30 minutes of our time was already taken up for their staff to finish setting up something that should have been done by 6. Some time has passed and we are at our dinner portion of the night. The staff has been very rude to my mother-in-law and did not want to talk to her if they did not have to. Keep in mind as well, my MiL was the one who paid for the venue. The staff complained about my MiL enough to the point were Mariane came and wanted to interrupt our wedding and take my MiL outside to discuss the issues which is ridiculous because our wedding was going on. To say the least they never discussed what happened. We had gotten the 80 person package and had members missing. We did a head count and came out to 78 but the head staff member claimed it was more than 80. They set up the 8 tables. They setup 10 chairs per table. You do the math you get 80 GUESTS. Yes this does include DJ, and yes the headcount does include groom and bride. They set this all up and brought no extra chairs so how could there have been extra. Some of our guests were not served food. So not only were they trying to charge us extra for more plates and more non-existant guests. They did not bring the right amount of plates. The plates we paid for were not present. Going ahead of the time line, my MiL asked for some reimbursement for the missing plates to which they only offered and paid 15 dollars, but wanted to charge 40 extra PER plate. Going back, now we get the the cake portion. I don't understand how you say that you have done weddings before so you should understand how Tiered cakes work. Yeah, they messed that up too. So typically in marriage you are to save the top tier of the cake for the 1 year anniversary. They served some our top tier and threw away the rest and claimed they could not cut into our wedding cake because it was "frozen". So instead they opted into serving my cake, the grooms cake to everybody. Because of this we had to embarrassingly ask and claim that our cake was frozen to the baker. The baker came out of her way to come to the event and check out the cake herself. Sure enough. It was not frozen there was cardboard that separated the tiers, but the staff claimed they did not know. There's more to all this commotion, but to save my time and energy. I do not recommend this place whatsoever.

Queen B does an amazing show. Staff is very professional and friendly. I have hired them twice already and have been totally satisfied with their job. I highly recommend them for any of your events.

Hi, it’s me, the actual photographer from the other one star ratings that are on here (Aili and John). I was unsure how I could respond to you all mentioning that “your”photographer couldn’t get any of the pictures they wanted. Which photographer? The only people that had cameras were cameras supplied by us. I saw none of your employees with a camera unless you supply them with cellphones for the photography.

I’d find another venue to go to as this one seems to try to find a way to weasel through bad reviews with false statements.
