We have just returned from a round the world trip and cannot sing Jenny’s praises enough. After 2 months when we were due home we decided to stay in Europe for a month. Quick email to Jenny and all arranged, precious flights and hotel changed and the next ones booked. Knowing she was there and responding almost immediately (time zones allowing) was a lovely secure feeling.

We went here after a very disappointing experience at flight centre Queanbeyan and got the warmest welcome from Janelle. She went above and beyond, was super knowledgeable and highly professional. Thanks to her amazing service we are flying to Fiji next week. She gave us great advice on the different resorts, as she has experienced the majority of them herself and was also very patient helping us to sort all the COVID travel requirements out. Thanks Janelle! We are very excited 🙂

DON’T DO IT YOURSELF - BOOK YOUR NEXT HOLIDAY HERE!

We just got back from an amazing holiday to Fiji booked through Jenny at Queanbeyan City Travel.

With it being our first time going overseas, Jenny tailored our holiday to be nothing less than amazing. Jenny was extremely knowledgeable with who to fly with, where to stay and what to do and everything was smoothly organised and booked in one visit to their office on the Main Street in Queanbeyan.

We were a bit nervous about traveling internationally during COVID-19 but we quickly realised that there was no need for concern. Jenny organised to meet with us the night before we flew out to step us through everything we needed to do and to ensure we had all the required documents.

We would have been lost without Jenny’s support and guidance with unexpected delays and navigating between terminals at Sydney Airport.

I’m not normally the one to write reviews for businesses but Jenny and her team went above and beyond what we could have ever expected.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE. Contacted Owner, Jim, to book a family Holiday to Hawaii and initially received a quote that didn't include any transfers or all flights and insurance, asked to be re-quoted and after multiple emails and messages, received an 'updated' quote about 7 days later, which had not been altered, so requested the updated version, and it is now over 10 days later and I am still waiting! I haven't had a return call or email to apologise for the delay. Very very unprofessional and will actively recommend that friends and family DO NOT use this agency!
