Room was very large. We had a room with a queen bed and two singles. There were 4 chairs but were against the wall with no table as in the website pictures. Cutlery provided wasn't enough to match the booking with one plate and 4 forks. We were offered room service the second day. The shampoo, body wash and conditioner are attached to the wall and one was completely empty on arrival. Mattress on Queen was great however the single bed were saggy and felt like straight foam. Pool whilst indoors isn't heated and the hottub was like an ice bath if your Into that.
Room otherwise was spacious and clean.

QUALITY should be removed from the name of this hotel!!

From arrival to departure our experience at this hotel was terrible.

Whilst we were greeted in a nice way, upon arrival, we did not get any instruction of where our room was situated in the premises, zero help when we asked about food and restaurants.

Whilst the hotel is old fashioned, that did not bother us. However the smell of vomit, stained carpet, cobwebs, dirty dishes and grouting in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, not to mention when we moved the bed to look underneath it (as we dropped something), it was absolutely filthy!

When we asked for our room to be made up, it didn’t get done until the last day we stayed (6days) and they did not clean it properly. They left half the rubbish under the counter and did not clean any dishes nor give us any dishcloth or detergent to clean our dirty dishes with. We had to continually ask throughout the week for clean towels too!

As we had already been charged for the entire week before our arrival, we could not search for another hotel.

I DO NOT recommend this place.

This motel was rundown. The photos do not reflect its poor state of disrepair. This neglect is a shame as it would have been a lovely motel once. The pool was dirty and the flower beds dead. The rooms were out of date and not the cleanest. |The best thing was the receptionist who was very warm and friendly. Also no restaurant as seen in photos and definitely no wellness centre.

The room was dark, 2 lights for the beds are not working. Mattress and pillows are too soft. The two single beds are tiny and short.
Wifi keeps dropping and can’t connect. Spare toilet paper was stained . Only one set of keys for family. Pools and spa are cold and sauna is put of order.
Laundry was locked out.
No dining table, carpet was not vacuumed, have extra pillows and blankets but was a bit dusty. heater is a split system but not effective, it can’t warm up the room after 2 hours, it’s noisy so end up not using it at all.

Had a nice stay, room was clean and functional, we did have to ask for extra cutlery but the service was great when we requested it and the place was quiet despite being on a main road. Nice hot shower, air-con and a central heated indoor pool and spa. Recommend
