Went for dinner Mother's day. We used to go every year and hadn't the last. If you're going to serve sizzling beef, then serve it as such. You used to serve on the hot plate, and last night it was cold, the sauce was sickingly sweet, runny and not at all caramelized. The steak I had, eye fillet was tough and none if the steaks ordered were seasoned. Your chip servings per meal were embarrassingly small, not how you used to serve, yet the senior meals on other tables were heaped on with the chosen protein on top....the unsettling thing was there were two people that were seniors on our table who should've got the same. The pasta sauce on one of the dishes was also runny. You have really dropped your game with your food and for the price we thought we were robbed of a good meal and time. Very unfortunate. The only saving grace was the waitress we had. Her service was impeccable...that alone however is not enough for us to ever return nor we would recommend to those who will ask us.

Bed and room was modern and comfortable. Staff, while friendly, appeared robotic. They have numerous signs throughout the room about how to turn on TV, WiFi, food, etc, that ended up being more confusing than helpful. They charge $2 for a coffee pod, and the sign for this is behind the pod machine, so I found out about it too late. For $185 per night, I'd think a free pod coffee would be included, but evidently it's not

Great value, great for a stop off by the airport. Much better than staying at the actual airport. Staff were helpful, had a few food options which aren’t flashy but good value with good choice. The best part about this hotel was the gym and pool which is included in your booking. Had a 25M pool to myself in the morning which was brilliant. Used the gym the day we arrived and this was also excellent.

Went here for my sons birthday. The food was terrible but the service was better. Complained about the food but was told they will just pass feedback on to the manager. The snitzels and parma were over cooked and rubbery. Would not recommend. The fish and butter chicken was nice from the seniors menu.

OMG. We left a hotel in Southbank as we were unhappy 😭
On our way home we remembered Taylor's lakes hotel. Through them we connected with quality hotel
All we can say is WOW 😲 the room is well planned out with a king 👑 bed and 2 armchairs Infront of balcony
In all our travel's we have never come across a hotel carrying chamomile tea.
Taylor's lakes hotel is just across the carpark. JBJ restaurant can be found here and is reasonably priced and delicious 😋 and while not on the menu make amazing cocktails

The food was great, and the service fantastic, even though it was a very busy day. The only down fall is the parking, but that can't be helped. Overall a fantastic start to Mother's Day.

Had lunch with wife and elderly mother. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Food was very good and arrived in a timely manner. Will be coming back.
Update - came back. Can't fault the staff or the menu options.
Further update. Still can't fault the friendly staff or the food.

everything was great, just didn't like being told we had to go after the kitchen closed. We were happy to sit and chat and drink coffee after our lovely lunch, but hard to leave.
