Great choice for an overnight before your flight! The staff are so nice and helpful, 24-hour check-in is available which is very convenient for travellers. Hence, the free shuttle van service to the airport is really impressed. The room itself is fine for me, however, the service is really great. Recommend✨

Great value airport hotel. Close to Melbourne airport and great service. The staff at check in were very helpful and the nighttime staff in the restaurant a delight. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was plenty of room for all of us and comfortable

Not far from the airport, and offers a free shuttle service. Buffet breakfast was delicious and rooms were perfect for my one night stay arriving late at night and leaving the next morning. They offered me a later checkout time which was lovely. I'm staying again in a few days & will be happy to return!

Superior room (301) very small, compact, well appointed, and mostly clean, cost $168 for a sat nite, 1 person.
Shower needs a very good scrub. Grout starting to go mouldy, and mould under clear silicone? and on floor joins inside shower.
Also should consider hand rails or similar in shower for less mobile people. Great handle on outside of door, just needs to be on the inside of the door. 🙂

Vary nice service with feee shuttle bus.. We were late for our booked bus to the airport but the front desk booked another one for us within 30 mins… very happy about it… The room is spacious and enough for 1-2 night stay. Handy if plan to stay near the airport for next day transfer..

We stayed one night before a flight overseas. We were very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the room and overall homely atmosphere of this hotel, and we felt safe. Close to lots of restaurants for dinner. Amazing shower pressure! Will keep this place in mind for next time that’s for sure.

This is a hotel we have stayed at each year when we travel due to its handy location to the airport and the fact we leave our car at Andrew’s parking which is basically a couple of doors down. The rooms are adequate and fit for purpose when you just need a bed prior to flying out. However I am really disappointed with their attitude this year. We booked a non refundable room for our trip which is in 3 weeks. Unfortunately the airline rescheduled our flight unexpectedly by a couple of days. Now I completely understand that the room was booked as non refundable but I didn’t want a refund, just wanted to change to date by 3 days but they basically said it was not changeable either and I would have to book another room for the different night. I would have been ok with this if it was close to the date and they couldn’t resell it but it is 3 weeks away. Surely they could have allowed us to alter the date. Obviously we won’t be staying here again and we will make sure we pass on to everyone we know the type of customer service this establishment offers

The shuttle service was excellent seeing the late time in the evening I arrived. Small, but perfectly adequate, clean room in a quiet place I requested. Appreciated the full disclosure on the room service charge! The compendium in the room was also helpful. The staff on reception were more than happy to organise the shuttle to drop me at the railway station the next morning, free of charge. Rates were also a lot cheaper than other airport hotels.
