Great place to up skill. The staff help you through the process from start to finish. I had mentor Anthony for my first year and a half and was nervous about the change of mentor mid way through my qualification. Cornelia took over and the change of mentor was seamless and easy. It gives me immense pleasure to share the great experience I had at this college. I was stuck in Melbourne due to border closures but the admin staff especially Rowena was very helpful with the whole online classes and changing timetables. Great experience attending the classes. You'll see students from different ethnic backgrounds and the staff treats them all equally. Trainers like Mark and Greg are very nice and helpful. You could tell that they have years of industry experience. I appreciate all the support I received from Mark, Greg and Rowena. They are the real assets of this college.

The master classes were definitely my favourites. I learnt a lot from awesome chefs from the Adelaide culinary scene. He did a fantastic job to find and put together the amazing team the college has. They definitely work effectively as team.
Chef Greg, chef Mark, chef Heather, they are absolutely skilled. They have lots year of experience in this industry. Also they have a massive knowledge. Specially when they explain complicated topics, they keep everything as simple as possible.
Also if you have any concerns or personal problems, they do their best to give suggestions/advice . That is really helpful for a student who just arrived in Australia .
Rowena, is always there to help with any problems students have.
Michaela is there to give support by providing you with different job opportunities in order to complete the work placements you have to do.
Quality College has been doing really good during covid pandemic.
The college has been able to keep running my course and also to finish the course on time by using online classes.(zoom) .
Thanks to the knowledge and to the beautiful personality of each one of my trainers all my class has always been interested to the online lessons.
In addition, the college every year organise a cooking competitions . I participated to the last one and it was absolutely a fantastic new exciting experience.
Also, often they organise master classes with well known chefs .

So , if you love the cooking industry, Quality college of Australia is the best college you can enroll in.
I absolutely recommend this college.
