Excellent. Quick to respond. Got a great deal that we couldn't find on Sky scanner/Expedia/Hopper/Google/Two other Travel Agents/Anywhere Else! They offer a great app to add your e-tickets, notes plus notifications for your trip and they also offer discounted travel insurance. Believe the good reviews - a great company to deal with.

I have dealt with QFlyer for a number of years now. Not always the same person as Covid interrupted some positions and I now have another consultant.
We all know that things go bump in the journey of life and I have had to cancel trips for various reasons. QFlyer and in particular Jodie, have helped me secure refunds and rebooked trips at different times for me.
Sharon in the cruise department has also been very helpful.

This is the third time we have used to QFlyer and the second time Liam has assisted us with our travel arrangements. Liam always responds very promptly with advice and various options (including routes and prices) and answered all of our questions. Nothing was too hard. Additionally, when the airline changed their flight schedule timings which impacted our connecting flights, Liam and his admin team quickly contacted us and arranged for alternate flights without any hassle.

Will be definitely be using QFlyer again.
