The grounds are immaculate and the grounds keeper should be commended. Beautiful. Upon entry into Villa 4 it was magnificent until you looked closer. Anything that wasn't regularly used like shelving, the coffee machine (bring your own pods by the way) or the coffee plunger had films of dust. The dining chairs were dirty and stained, the soap holder in the mains shower was disgusting and the soap scum ridiculous (pictures below). The floor looked like it had not seen a wet mop for a while. For $350+ per night I expected more. The domestic that took place across the road at 3 in the afternoon on Wednesday was entertaining.

Such a perfect villa to spend 5 nights. 2 comfy bedrooms and bathrooms, a living area and outdoor living area too. The pool was small but nice and we just really enjoyed the relaxing feel. A 2 minute walk to Tiny Palms coffee card and the Foodworks a 5 minute walk.

Villas themselves are nice but service is very ordinary. You can do a lot better for the money. Asked specifically for beach front and found ourselves staring at the villa right in front of us. Booking agency knew absolutely nothing about the place.

High-quality beds and pillows in the rooms ensure a good night's sleep
Complimentary guest shampoo and conditioner are good quality, but not enough to wash long hair once.
Microwave accessories in the kitchen are absolutely inadequate . For a self-catering facility, this is poor.
The couch in the living room could be refurbished... the cushions are flat.

we've been renting the Pure Magnetic Villa 1 (beachfront) end of august 2022 for 3 nights.||it was a perfect stay!||just a short drive away when arriving with the ferry.|you can stop right next to the villa (on the esplanade) to unpack your car, and than park the car on the parking space on the other side of the complex (warboys st.).||the villa is nicer than on the photos. cozy, nicely decorated, big enough for 4 people.|big enough for 4 people.|the kitchen equipment was a bit thrown together, but everything was there.||supermarkets, restaurants, bakery,... all just around the corner.

We loved our stay at Pure Magnetic Villa 5. The room was fantastic and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. WE only used one room but the other room looked good too.||I probably wouldn't stay with friends here as it can be a bit noisy (I could hear hubby banging around in the morning when I was trying to sleep) but this is not an issue if it is just a couple or a family.||I would be a bit nervous about noise though if I was staying in either of the 2 storey villas if you had a family above or below (Villas 7, 8, 9, 10)||Our villa was right next to the pool - literally our deck was the pool wall - and i was a bit worried about noise from the pool but it was fine. Noone was in there too early in the morning and during the day when families were using it, we were either out and about or sitting on our deck but the noise was not really annoying.||No-one used it really after dark either so not a problem.||We would definitely stay here again. ||Great spot, bus drives straight past the door. Grocery shop just around the corner. Beach across the road. Perfect.

We were right on the waterfront in bungalow number 1 & the view was fabulous. The bungalow was well appointed & perfect for 4 people. The location was central making it perfect for exploring the whole island. As an added bonus there was a great wine bar nearby |We spent 3 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it
