New apartment hotel close to good amenities and eateries. All the facilities were very good. Comfortable bed with lots of wardrobe space. Excellent bathroom with lovely waterfall shower. Efficient use of space in kitchen with plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware. Good sized fridge and cute baby dishwasher. Clothes washing machine/combined dryer. Room ventilation (not the aircon) was a bit noisy but can be ‘turned off’ by removing the key card from the power slot (to allow more restful sleep). Parking is available at an extra charge.

Our stay was great! The room is modern and clean, with a lot of amenities and new appliances. The bed was super comfortable, friendly staff, and great location just opposite the mall.
We felt at home and would love to stay again on our next visit!

I have stayed in the apartments regularly in November, December 2024. I a have experienced a perfect hospitality service. It's was of highest quality possible. Staff are professional, polite, and helpful. Accommodation is sparkling clean and well presented. Looking forward to staying with them in the future. Highly recommend! Boris.

Rooms are pretty great, good size, nice, seemingly clean, and looked after.
Staff were very friendly, polite, and followed protocol with patience and respect.
The location is great with everything you would need within short walking distance.

The loss of stars comes from their seemily hidden details. If, like me, you have a serious allergy to pets/animals this may not be the best place for you.
Although, as far as I can tell, its not mentioned on thier home screen or on their short stay booking screens. Pet's are welcome for long stay guests. This is something I was not made aware of when I sat on the couch without a shirt on, walked on the carpet without shoes or stepped into an elevator, to then be greeted by a man and his dog halfway down to the ground floor.
In the end I broke out with hives, my skin is horrible, I am having trouble breathing and was unable to spend the whole night in that room. Now I am sleeping in my car.

I would suggest to the owner/operator of this establishment that perhaps there be more warning on the booking screens. Perhaps a few rooms that specifically state "short stay [no pets] only" to avoid such an issue in the future.
Or a more thorough clean after guests have pets in a room. Dander and fur is pretty stubborn when it comes to fabrics.

The hotel was spotless and staff were welcoming and attentive. Great for families as connecting rooms are available. Free parking available behind the hotel and lots of food options across the road. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Movies, shops, restaurants (and bowling!) are right at the doorstep.

Great location and lot’s of cafe’s for choice of breakfast, lunch and dinner within walking distance. Shopping centre is across the road for groceries and variety of stores.
