Gary , person i dealt with for hiring the car for 3 weeks!

Cars done alot mileage but is in top shape. Corolla hybrid 2019. Pretty good car and easy going owner! Will hire again!

**Terrible Experience with Punjab Rentals and RR Motors**

I recently bought a car from Punjab Rentals (dealer: Mr. Garry) and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The car had multiple issues from the start, including faulty brake pads and bearings. Mr. Garry promised to get these fixed, but never followed through. He referred me to RR Motors, a mechanic he claimed would take care of the problem. It turns out the mechanic was a friend of his and only applied grease to the parts, which temporarily masked the issue. The next day, after some rain, the same problems reappeared.

When I reached out to both Mr. Garry and the mechanic, they washed their hands of the situation, saying they couldn’t do anything further and that I’d have to fix it myself. When I asked Mr. Garry to take the car back, he not only refused, claiming he didn’t have the money, but he also verbally abused me.

In the end, I had to pay $800 out of my own pocket to get the car properly fixed. When I requested Mr. Garry to at least cover half the cost, he flat-out refused.

This is not how business should be conducted. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid both Punjab Rentals and RR Motors unless you want to deal with dishonesty, poor service, and additional expenses on your end.
