Amazing experience from start to finish with Braden & his staff from Providore Privee for my mums 70th intimate birthday dinner!

Braden was so accommodating & professional from the get go! The food he served and the presentation on the day was beyond perfect! Your food is simply AMAZING!!!
We were lucky to discover Branden and his team at a Curated plate event at the Pottery Studio and we couldn't be happier.
The menu was full of local produce, treated with care and plated to perfection. The tuna was to die for and the coal roasted brie... beyond words. Lovely chickpea fritters with Kenilworth cheese and rosemary and a complex main full of prawns and flavour... yum yum yum...
The start of the night was a lemon cream with macadamia and meringue... AMAZING.
The service was fantastic. Braden was passionate about everything he did and took the time to explain us what we were eating. The flow was on point and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Braden is extremely talented, professional and polite. Throughout the booking experience he was very communicative and patient. Braden was consistently flexible with changes ahead of the event. The menu prepared was delicious and catered to a variety of tastes. The meal highlighted local and fresh produce and paired flavours incredibly. The food is remarkable, it truly felt like a fine dining experience. I couldn’t fault a single thing about Bradens professionalism, service, cleanliness or food. I would recommend him for any private dining or catering event.

Braden put together an amazing menu for my sister’s 40th! He was so lovely to work with and created delicious food that the guests raved about. I would give this 6/5 stars if I could. The quality of service & food of ProvidorePrivee is simply amazing.

Everything from curated menu of fresh local produce to flow and timing of service was thought through, treated with care, cooked with respect and to perfection, and executed with smooth precision. Truly professional with chilled out vibes.

Our first private chef experience - we are beyond pleased. Would do it again w ProvidorePrivee in a heartbeat. They ran exactly to the runsheet Braden provided but there was no feeling of schedule at all, it flowed organically. Delicious beautiful honest unpretentious food.

Pretty sure our kitchen was cleaner than what they started with.

Had to organise a 80th Birthday family gathering at home for my (v hard to please) mother-in-law flying in from Europe on a whim (ie. little notice). Braden was amazing and reassured he was available, quickly worked through our preferences for Australian theme menu and children menu, did quick site visit to confirm we were firepit ok. Braden is so experienced and thoughtful he even asked what shape the carrots & cucumbers need to be so our children (2.5/4/6/8yrs) would eat them! He also served them 1hr earlier, they ate and went off to play, we were left *in peace over starters and 2 mains* for the whole lunch (itself, a miracle, thankyou Braden).

Every little detail helped and the day ran so relaxed, was absolutely perfect, his firepit cooking was a highlight and everyone (all adults) raved how great the whole meal and atmosphere was and every dish delicious and so fresh. In-laws were blown away and so happy with this authentic intimate family experience at home which was made really special and memorable.

It was a very special 70th birthday celebration.
The dinner & all the food Braden cooked for our family was absolutely delicious! The service and organisation was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed the evening very much and the kitchen was left pristine afterwards. We would thoroughly recommend Braden to anyone.

Braden did an absolutely amazing job catering for our lunch. All our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, and it was very special having it all cooked on an open fire next to the tables. Can’t wait to have him work his chef magic at home again!
