We spent an exciting day in the bush with Simon and Leslie. They taught us a lot about nature and gold prospecting.
We were successful in finding metal (even the tiniest parts) but none of it was gold!
Nevertheless it was a great experience.
We can highly recommend booking with these guys.

I booked because of the good reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed. Simon kept in contact with me from the time I booked until the time I arrived home safe. What I enjoyed about the safari was I learned good habits as well as unlearning all the bad habits that I picked up over the years. From the time we met up with Simon and his business partner Lesley the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Andy the hospitality was brilliant they make feel like one of the family. And drinks and a laugh after. There is no B.S just down to earth fun and adventure all wrapped up that made for a fantastic experience for myself and my family. I would highly recommend gold safari. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had two great days with Simon and Lesley in the goldfields.
Simon explained the usage of the detector in a small area where he dropped some targets.
He showed how to get closer and finally find the targets.
I always felt really safe as he chose places to search for gold that can be reached in visibility of the car.
Having enough water and chairs to take a break.
I really can recommend Simon for getting some gold detecting experience! ?

I have just experienced the best home stay in Australia with Simon and Lesley. Sitting by the fire, I was regaled with many a prospecting story by both Simon and Lesley that made my stay fun and educational. Their enthusiasm for, and knowledge of, prospecting was both honest and contagious. Driving around the area and stopping at their various leases was the experience of a lifetime. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute.
If you’re thinking of this type of holiday or experience, in my opinion, Simon and Lesley will meet all your expectations and most likely exceed them as well. I will certainly be back in the near future! I’ve got the prospecting bug!

We Highly recommend Prospector Park.
Simon has it covered with his knowledge of the geology of WA and the history of Coolgardie. He knows Trilobite like the back of his hand and he and his partners have leases of their own to take you to give you the best shot of finding the shiny stuff but
BEST OF ALL his aim is to pass on his knowledge to those of us who wants to learn. (A rare find in the detecting community).
Loved the home stay… and the chats around the fire in the evenings……our kind of caravan park.
