Tricia and I needed expert assistance towards our October holiday in Paris, Bruges and Rome. It was very much a late decision to travel but Pronto Travel rose to the occasion. They found us some amazing apartments right in the heart of the best areas and also made arrangements for private transfers and plane bookings. I recently travelled for a month in northern Italy. I initially had a list of towns and cities including attractions that I wanted to visit. Pronto Travels listened to what I wanted out of the tour and meticulously planned for the travel which also included adding must see places based on my initial conversation. They have a very good and reliable network of hotels and guides which made the travel a success. Every step of the journey such as hotel reservations, train tickets, museum vouchers, restaurant recommendations were all provided for prior to departure.
