No communication what so ever , I emailed and called multiple times spanning over 3 months about a house we were interested in , I got no reply from Cameron Bolto whatsoever and then yesterday we get an email stating to get a viewing in , we reply back with dates we’d be able to go down since we have work most days and the very next day we get another email and it’s under offer . This company is completely unprofessional and I will not be recommending it to anyone .

In response to your reply , I sent the first enquiry on the 9th of September 2024 which I never got a response to that . I then continued to try and get in touch with you or your company to which I never got any replies . I emailed you and called you multiple times to which I got no answer ever .The only time I spoke to you is after I called again . Below is the list of dates of when I’ve tried to contact you not including the emails over the past two weeks I’ve had with Simona .

Multiple attempts to contact you that had failed spanning from September till yesterday, so no we had multiple days available, you just didn’t get back to us . As for the video walk through that we had been trying to get for weeks , yes it was finally sent on the 29th of October to which we then sent a list of questions to Simona , which had no reply til the other day which then today the property was under offer .

The way this business runs is completely unprofessional, it should not be that hard to get information about a house when that is what real estate agents are meant to do .

I was dealing with Alan to purchase a property, I took time off work to view a property, first person with signed O&A paper, Alan told me " won't do nothing until I sort it out with you" 2 days later get an email, property is now sold !!!
I called Alan and offered more $ than the purchase price, he said the property is sold.

We had a opportunity to rent a unit from Bolto Katanning from November 2017 to January 2019, I cannot speak ill of the licensee as I do not know him, but the stupidity and unprofessional manners of his property management is absolutely unbelievable . I would never recommend this agency to anyone.
