We stayed at kangaroo valley holiday home for two nights.
A lovely place, very private and super comfortable.
We enjoyed watching the sky and the landscape while we were listening to music, it was very special.
If you are a couple that wants

Such a beautiful place to stay. The bed and bathroom were just amazing.
Our fur babies love it too. It's fully fenced & safe.
Lots of other fur babies in thr neighbourhood too.
We would definitely recommend & be returning in the near future.

Stayed at Swell at Culburra Beach with our family. Could not have asked for anything more perfect. House had everything we could possibly need and was very clean. Communication with company were great.

Fantastic Managing Agents. Available 24/7 and fantastic communication. - we thought.
But we had a problem with no gas supply at the property we stayed at, which was only rectified on the last night. No indoor cooking and no hot water for showers or the magnificent outdoor bath we paid through the nose for. We have had zero response regarding a refund, as per policy. We have been ghosted. All we can do is warn others.

I have stayed at their properties a few times, and they were very good previously. This time, on 18 Jan at Azure at Callala Beach, it was disastrous. I booked for two nights.

The beds were filthy.
At 10 pm, I called the emergency line, and Adam answered.
He told me there is a shed on the side of the house. It was raining and very windy, as this house is right at the beach and there was a strong wind. I went out in the rain looking for this shed to get a key out of it. I was drenched. There was no shed.
After numerous calls, it wasn't resolved as his instruction was wrong.
After a while, the property manager called. Her name is Tory, and she was sick but promised me she would call the next day after her doctor's appointment to discuss this further. She gave me the right instructions to get a key for a door to a garage where the linens were.

We were able to get three flat sheets for the night. My two kids were absolutely exhausted by the time we changed all the bedding. I barely slept that night; such a skin-crawling experience, and the windows in the bedrooms did not close properly, banging the blinds all night. I had to use sticky tape to clean the bed a little and then took the videos.

We decided to check out the next day, I could not stay there another night.

I called the agent the next day, sent all the pictures they asked for, and sent an email as they required. I asked for a refund. I spoke to Ruby who works there, and she said they would get back to me. Three more emails and two more calls. Nothing happened, and no one responded to my email, and no refund for the second night. I paid $1,336.80 per night. It was absolutely disappointing how they managed the situation when things went sour.

I will never use this business ever again. Here are some photos for you to enjoy. Please check your bed as soon as you check in.

Look where they keep the linens. There are more linens in a wardrobe, and they were also covered in hair. How disappointing!

Stayed at a beautiful little house the Professionals manage in Erowal Bay. Could not fault them, great compendium provided, excellent and straightforward communication and the home we stayed at was just gorgeous, and pet friendly too for a wonderful bonus!
