Planning was a breeze with Cindy. She was attentive to all the needs and wants for both me and my daughter; and took the time to go through the tentative timeline and details needed. Ashley followed up with all changes and adjustments via email as the weeks passed by and contacted all vendors for arrival times. On the morning of the event, we had Cynthia and JP to help us decorate and they both kept up with my running around and putting items on tables. They followed with all details (table by table!!) and took the time to make sure every single set up was to my liking (we had different centerpieces per table). JP even asked if she could decorate with the leftover flowers and I gave her free reign, it turned out spectacular and elevated the look even further. For the actual event, I had Cynthia and Ashley; they were incredible with me and my daughter and kept me sane at the various times I was ready to lose it, they were like extensions of me and what I needed done was done; they even brought a dinner plate and drinks for me and my husband!! They kept up with the crowds and order. On top of that, everything was packed neatly and carefully at the end of the night. We stayed to help but our pick up was a breeze because of their talent!! They even sent me a little video with how everything turned out with decor, since I hadnt had a chance to see finished product before party started. Thank you so much for having an amazing team!! We love you!!

If you are looking for a wedding planner look no further. Prodigy Event Planning is the most amazing group of people ever! They made my dream wedding come to life, helped me with any last minute details I needed, had an amazing set of decor I could rent, and Cindy even went as far as wiping off my now husbands butt when he got chalk all over his pants! Lol. Karly is an amazing person who I now consider a friend. She made sure I was calm, confident, and helped me every step of the way. If I ever needed someone to call to even just vent she was there. What an amazing team! ♥️

Cindy truly is a gem! I had a few hiccups with my party planner that came with my venue space simply quitting without informing me. Thus, I needed someone to assist with the day of coordination and a few minor details the month before the event. I called Cindy and we met the following day. I immediately loved her vibe and hired her on the spot.

She went above and beyond with the final touches the month prior as well as making sure the event went smoothly the day of. I highly recommend Cindy and her staff for any party you need assistance with! They were professional, prompt, reasonably priced and most importantly, made the event enjoyable for me and my husband. Cindy is the most committed planner and was a huge part of my wedding experience. She was with me from the very beginning after selecting my venue to the end of the night and days after my wedding wrapping up. Being a DIY bride throughout the whole process made it really hard to hand the reigns over to anyone else on the day of my wedding...but let me tell you Cindy's team- Arlene, Adrienne & JP were amazing. They made my vision come to life! All morning they kept me laughing, even at moments where my nerves were starting to kick in they always knew how to make me feel better. All night they took such great care of all of our guests making sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. They always made sure me and my groom had a drink & something to snack on. They cleaned up so quick at the end of the night & made sure we didn't leave anything important behind. Prodigy truly made sure my day went as planned and I am so thankful to have had them!

Our wedding was so perfect thanks to Cindy and Leah! With their help, everything was effortless and stress free! Cindy helped make sure everything went smoothly during rehearsal and made everyone feel welcomed. Leah came early the morning of our wedding and began setting up the decor which turned out better than I expected. Everything was so perfect, I couldn’t have asked for a better duo to help transform my wedding dream into a reality!
