Again I have issues with the service I have received.

I forgot to mention that I am getting headaches from medication that doctors have prescribed me when I had an appointment last week.
Tried to call to get in to see a doctor on Thursday last week, about headaches I'm getting possibly from medication they've prescribed me. I thought it may have been high blood pressure, I was offered to see a nurse for free.
I mentioned to the receptionist that I have had headaches for a few weeks now.

A side effect from Doxycycline is headaches.

The receptionist said that there are no available appointments to see the doctor I've been seeing. There was no offer to see another doctor.
I had to research myself to find out the side effects myself, as I was not told about any of these. As per usual you're meant to call the doctor if there are side effects

I have been attending this clinic for a long time now and I am getting more and more disappointed with the level of service that I'm receiving.

On occasions I can get the visits bulk billed. The reason I've been given my doctor is that if I have been to the surgery within a week they'll bulk bill the visit if I have to return within a week. I made an appointment with a doctor today, asked for the visit to be bulk billed because I can't afford to pay.
The Doctor flatly refused to see me.
Pro health can't keep changing the goal posts to suit themselves when they feel like it. I have asked the receptionist for the practice manager to contact me so I can relay my concerns yet again.

This is the practice I choose to use and although I cannot always get an appointment with my favoured Doctor, I can nearly always get an appointment with one of the other Doctors if I need to be seen. I nearly always pre-book my appointments in advance with my favoured Doctor but sometimes you need a Doctor sooner. I have never been disappointed or unhappy seeing any of the others when I feel or want to be seen.
