The guys behind the counter are friendly but hen pecked and restricted by the boss lady who is focussed on profit and not genuine about providing good customer service. She needs to chill and learn about what is important in life. Not the little things. Their computer system is way old and slow and they are not really up to date with product options or knowledge. Only have really expensive products. While they are behind the times they might have what you need.

Very positive experience from start to finish. Unfortunately once my elocker was wired in I’ve lost both my ciggy lighter power and spotty driving lights, not sure what happed there yet, hopefully just popped fuses.
That minor issue aside, work quality is good and would go back.
Edit, change to 5 star, pro4x4 immediately got in touch and offered to fix, turns out was an easy fix and sorted it myself. Great follow up service thanks.

Front desk were a little 'off'. Took too long to get a quote. Seems they are too busy for their own good.

I assume they are a great place for workmanship, but cs could use some work.

DISHONEST people.. damaged my car while installing the bulbar and accessories. (Dented the side, scuffed the paint, made a big scratch on the body and cracked a plastic accessory)

Never told me about the damage when i went to pick up the car, i had to check everything and discover the damage on my own.

Promised to do right by me and then dragged it on for months because they were busy with the 4x4 show instead of finishing a service they have already been paid in full for.

After many emails and phone calls they finally book an appointment at the repair shop and when i ask what work will be done to my car? To ensure all the damages are being properly fixed and not just spray painted, they never replied.

And then they claim its ‘extortion’ because i asked for monetary compensation for all the damage they did to my brand new car and the MONTHS of hassle and pain they caused me.
