I had a very negative experience working with Prince's Linen Services. Shortly after starting my job, I had to take a short leave due to a legitimate health issue. I informed the company of my situation in advance and provided the necessary documentation. Despite this, they fired me within the first few weeks of employment, citing my absence as the reason, even though it was due to a medical condition. There was absolutely no understanding or compassion for my health situation, and I was left feeling unsupported during a difficult time. If you value a company that treats its employees fairly and considers their well-being, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Prince's Linen Services clearly prioritizes rigid policies over their employees' health.

Nothing short of disgraceful service. I have been chasing Princes for over 3 weeks now to get a quote for our business. This includes 3 phone calls and 2 emails to Nick, 2 voicemails for Ben, 4 calls to the office, the last one being with Sarah, and was assured that a lady from management would call me back after informing her of the customer experience I have received.

Surprise surprise, nothing from management.

Completely giving up now, which may be a blessing in disguise, as if the quality of their customer service is this poor, I could only imagine the state of the linen.

Don't deserve to be in business.

I've had the displeasure of attempting to do my job at a city based hotel using the linen from Princes. Totally disgusting, especially bedding. Be prepared for 50 to 60 percent reject rate. They'll credit you for the reject linen but you won't get back anything for the extra wages you'll pay your staff for being unofficial quality control for this group.

I needed a shirt ironed for my partner who was attending a funeral the next day. I rang up explained the situation and amy was more than happy to help. Very cheap and definitely recommend princes linen services to anyone 🙂

The customer feedback is appalling, as in there is no customer service. Like another previous review, I enquired in writing and over the phone 5 times in 2 weeks. Not a single call back or message. I'll be going elsewhere.
