I recently had my make-up done for a wedding at the Green Valley branch. The staff were friendly and accomodating. I was extremely happy with the result (best makeover I've ever had) and very impressed with the young lady named Danella who applied my make-up. Have another appointment booked for next week! Am writing this review under my husband's account.

Theres a older lady at the check out. I think her name is Karen. She has reddish blondish bob cut. Anyways, came in today and standing at the que to be served.

An old man accidentally cut in front of me and the turned to me and said sorry and proceeded to walk to the back of the line. I stoped him and said it’s ok you can go in front.

When he it was his time to be served, the lady with wig looking short hair looked at me and said “YOU WERE NEXT!!!” I replied “no it’s fine”.
She then rolled her eyes at me and mumble “Oh god” like I did something so terrible! I was laughing in the inside cause how miserable must she be to humiliate an elderly man at the check out and then try and make me feel like I did something so wrong. Get over yourself Karen. Sick of seeing you at Greenvallley Priceline and on Tiltok 🖕🤣🤣

Was in there to grab a few things and waiting to pay for my goods. There was a young lady there who was so chatty and friendly with the customers. Genuinely caring about their day and showing impeccable customer service. I believe her name was Chantelle. It was such great service that we had to compliment her on it. Please send our thanks. I would love to see this type customer service replicated!! Thank you for making our day Chantelle!

Just spoke to Zara on the phone from your Green Valley Store, absolutely no customer service skills, really bad communication skills, I wonder if she communicates like this with all your customers who require assistance over the phone?

I wonder if patience is reflected on elderly customers considering Priceline main business is to dispense medications, cause clearly she had no patience.

1 customer is not going to make a difference with this feedback, but is clearly evident staff like that gives a bad reflection on Priceline.

Waited 1 hours after handing my script in. Sitting infront of the counter the whole time, kept making eye contact with a worker. Finally had enough, an hour later. I asked her, hi is my script possibly ready yet? She leans down. Grabs it from under the counter and hands it to me. Stares at me in the face, No apology for the wait time, didn’t call me when it was ready, just didn’t care. Never going back.
