I don’t know how Betty still has a job there ! She has been nothing but hopeless with booking my flights as well as my customers !! She is known for not getting things correct and having an attitude ! I was advised that I was going to get great seats on the plane as that’s what I requested and paid for , I also was advised I would get food on my 20 hour flight but I was given nothing as Betty forgot to organise it. My honeymoon was ruined and we even had to pay for water and drinks. Complete waste of time and money ! Hopeless company.

This my second time that I have dealt with premium holidays with a long itinerary. They handled my flights hotels ferries trains and transfers. Everything was perfect. Chris and Maria are amazing and would recommend them to everyone. Much more competitive and professional than Flightcentre and hello world. Thank you Premium Holidays

Hopeless travel agent. Betty never returns calls, you have to constantly follow her up. Advises one thing but end up with another. She does not care about the customer. If you want good customer service and a stress free experience do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Amazing place Betty was amazing planing my holiday, exceeded my expectations beyond, everything was perfect, from the flight to the hotel. So happy with everything. Betty answered all my questions and was a great help so happy I chose premium holidays.

Do not use them they keep your money and do not give a full refund IN THE CURRENT TIMES claiming that it is for the work they have done. Even the airline company has sent out an email saying full refund and the office manger is the worse to talk to does not care and does not want to give you your money back. I had to call her every 2 weeks to get my money back and still no full refund. What a joke the company is STAY AWAY.
