We had a wonderful experience with Premium just recently for our transfers to the Sydney cruise terminal and return trip. Our driver Ray for both trips was fantastic. Very friendly, punctual and nothing was a bother for him.
Communication was excellent, never had to wait long for a response to emails. The price was absolutely reasonable and worth it! Would highly recommend using them and will definitely use them again. Thank you for a fantastic service and taking the stress out of getting to our destination!

Great service, Pick up on time to go to the airport. With a great van.
Coming back was a bit late Pick up in the airport, with a different van, but still good.
We had 2 different drivers, one from Newcastle to Syd and another from SYD to Newcastle. Both drivers were great and we got safely home with no problems.
Definitely recommend, and if we ever need it again will give them a call.

I have used Premium Bus services for 3 trips now and I have never been disappointed. I have emailed them to book a shuttle service for the 4th time, I will not travel with anyone else. All the staff are super amazing, super friendly and our driver Ken we had recently had in January, was unreal and funny. Looking forward to using your service again.

Absolutely 100% would recommend Premium Bus Service.
Julia made constant contact with us about our transfers from Newcastle to Sydney and return.
Our drivers Ray and Grahame were both very professional and friendly and made contact with us prior to picking us up.
The bus was very clean and we had plenty of room.
Premium Bus Service prices were cheaper than any other quotes I received.

We got PBS for our cruise transport to Sydney. Our drivers were Ken and ray both were excellent, communication was top notch! Organising the service with Julia was fantastic and fast responses. Ken and ray were very punctual and lovely to deal with. I have recommended them to my mother in law. Will definitely use them again in the future 😊
