This is honestly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. After a difficult couple of night elsewhere, Debbie went the extra mile and upgraded me to a premier suite. Justin and Brandon in reception and the wine bar were so incredibly genuine, knowledgeable and humble. They made the perfect tapas recommendation and enjoyed a nice chat. The decor in this converted timber mill is so on point and everything was seamless. Highly, highly recommend!

OMG! What a surprise this place was. Absolutely unique place to stay. The amazing timber work in the rooms to the authentic copper plumbing combo with the state of the art lighting and switches is very well done. Very fortunate to be given the cooks tour of the mill by Denise and the lowdown on the refurbishment work by Tim. The ambience of the basement bar is something to behold. Ohh and if your memories of the Dome Cafe are Darwin Airport or Leedersville..think again. The after 5 menu is impressive. Katanning...who'd have thought? Darren and Lisa

We stayed 2 nights, great renovation, room, facilities, dome cafe and basement cordial (wine) bar with plenty of local fare on tap & bottled, and plenty to do in the area. Food & beverage prices very good, friendly staff, highly recommended and we would happily stay again. I think both menus are available both zones. I found the small dishes especially excellent, sometimes the dishes had cooled a bit before they got to the table.

This was a lovely surprise. Cute little hotel, nicely appointed rooms and very comfy beds/pillows. Enjoyed the bar downstair, great tapas and live entertainment. Not much else to do in Katanning, this was nice for a 1 night stay. Only tip I would make is tea/coffee making in the rooms and the mirror over the bathroom sinks makes it difficult to use and see clearly, otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay.

Lyn is the face of the Mill for me, always helpful, nothing is too much trouble, thank you Lyn for always making my stay memorable (for all the right reasons) Cordial Barman Jonathan has been the host with the most on both my business visits to Katanning. Warm personable and genuine, a true asset to Premier Mill.

We spent 2 nights this weekend at the hotel. We dropped in a few months ago just for a drink and to look around. After John’s hospitality we decided to take a group down and stay a weekend. The hotel is great however wouldn’t be the same without John from the Cordial Bar. He was amazing and very accomodating. The chef also came to see patrons which made it special. We will go back for a weekend again just to have the experience and treatment we received from John. Thank you so much. Food was amazing also. Xx

Not much more to add other than the extensive reviews about what a stunning place this is. It is almost a museum with the way it was extensively refurbished to create this masterpiece of a hotel in a remote place in WA.

Such a charming hotel to stay and we were glad we spent a night there. Beautiful property with excellent rooms, service and modern amenities to make up for a excellent stay.

A superb experience! The restoration of the old flour mill is superb. It was fascinating to explore and see all the old machinery that has been so cleverly incorporated.||There are so many thoughtful touches in the rooms, including a book of suggested drives and one of the history of the building, which added to our experience ||We loved it
