I could go on for pages about how amazing Michelle and her team were on my wedding day! I found her from her Instagram posts of a friends wedding several months ago and decided to hire her for month of planning because I was getting overwhelmed. To say she helped out would be an understatement. She got me organized and handled all the little things I didn't even know I needed to do. She was in constant communication with me and even kept on top of me to get things done I needed to do on my own. The day of, I don't know if I could have pulled it off without her. She helped get everything set up, kept me calm, handled all my vendors, and managed my bridal party (who are like herding cats). I would recommend her to ANYONE getting married. Michelle and Precious Moments was worth every penny! Definitely a smart investment for anyone getting married!

We can’t thank Michelle and her team enough for truly pulling off a miracle! Our wedding was in September of 2024, the day after Hurricane Helene came through our area. We already had such an amazing wedding planned, thanks to Michelle’s help and guidance, but the weather made us truly nervous that our wedding would not happen as planned. Michelle worked so hard to make sure that we would still have the wedding of our dreams. Even with some vendors backing out at the last minute, Michelle did everything that she could to ensure all of our wishes still came true on our special day! Not only was she an integral part of the day, but she worked with us for over a year to plan and design our perfect wedding. During the week of with the threat of the hurricane, Michelle really helped us to remain calm, taking on much of the burden in figuring out how we could still make our wedding possible, which we greatly appreciated. Michelle and her team were absolutely fabulous and our wedding day would not have been the same without their help!

Disappointed. I got married 6 months ago and I still felt the need to write this review. Michelle and I had about 4-5 monthly calls leading up to my wedding which were good. I was ensured that the coordinator who would actually be on site (Maria) would know all the details about my wedding. While Maria and her assistant DID provide vital help for the logistics of the wedding, she showed up to the rehearsal unaware that there was going to be a military sword arch (a detail I discussed with Michelle a lot). Overall, I felt that Maria was unprepared for my wedding. And while she was always professional and positive with me, I was told that she yelled and unprofessional with the catering staff working my event. If you use this service, I’d suggest Michelle be the coordinator on site. I wish we spent more money on a better service.

Michelle and her team were incredible for our wedding at The Grove at Lakewood Ranch, especially since we planned it from across the country. She provided the professionalism and warmth we needed to make everything run smoothly, always going above and beyond despite her busy schedule.

Initially, I was unsure of my wedding vision, but Michelle was exceptional in helping me clarify and bring it to life. Her creative guidance transformed our ideas into a beautiful reality. Her team, including her assistant Colleen who captured so much wonderful content, was a huge asset, making our day even more memorable.

The relationships Michelle has with other vendors proved to be extremely beneficial. She connected us with fantastic professionals who played a significant role in the success of our wedding. Planning from a distance seemed challenging, but with Michelle's expertise and the excellent team of vendors she introduced us to, everything came together seamlessly.

I’m fairly certain I will never be able to find the words to describe how grateful I am for having Michelle and the Precious Moments team as our month of coordinators. After getting engaged, I connected with a few different planners and Michelle was the standout – by far. We fell in love with her energy, sincerity, timeliness, organization, and so much more. We shared our vision and she immediately understood what we were looking for – and helped us achieve our dream wedding. Michelle quickly became our voice of reason / someone to lean on while planning – and she was always a phone call, text, meeting, or email away. That said, from start to finish, our wedding day WAS the best day of our lives and BEYOND perfect in every single way.

The attention to detail and thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed. Recently on a phone call with my new mother-in-law, she mentioned how special it was that Michelle gathered our parents for our wedding exit so that they had the best view of us leaving to start our new life together.

We still have family and friends talking about it weeks later.. I can wholeheartedly say that none of it would have been possible without the Precious Moments team – and we truly cannot thank them enough for creating the best experience we could have ever imagined. Cannot recommend them enough to anyone and everyone!
