Amy from Precious Memories - Event Planning & Hire was awesome!
Friendly and helpful from the first interaction when discussing items available to hire to collection after the big day!
We hired our ceremony chairs and arbour, beautiful scarlet lounge set and the showstopper LOVE sign.
Amy was very accomodating with delivery and pick up of the items to and from their required locations. Communicated was a breeze and the products we hired were of excellent quality. The lounge was the perfect addition to the variety of seating options at our cocktail reception and the room would not have been the same without the LOVE sign. It made the room pop and I’m extremely glad I hired it!

Amy is amazing at what she does, I sent her my vision and what I had hoped for a she covered parts decor for ceremony and then amazingly incorporated into my reception.

She perfectly worked in with my florist who was completing the remainder of my decor, and together they completed everything to perfection.

Nothing was ever too much - and was so amazingly prompt in responding. Should we ever need a decorator for any event, we know who to call. Thank you Amy for everything you did and for being part of our day.

Amy was an absolute lifesaver for our wedding this past weekend. We hired her for on the day coordination and she made every moment of the day run so smoothly and stress free which left us to enjoy ourselves instead of worrying about the logistics of the day. From chasing around the bridal party for photos to making sure we had a drink in our hand at all times; Amy was organised, professional and knowledgeable whilst also feeling like an old friend just there to help us. I was disappointed to have to leave a google review, however, after not responding to any of my emails after my wedding in hopes to provide her with some constructive feedback after our day, I felt I needed to be heard and for someone else to be mindful of this if considering engaging with Amy for their big day. While Amy is very lovely & easy to deal with leading up to the wedding, having her there on our day really didn’t go as smoothly as I had hoped. After not agreeing to a site inspection, I left it up to the universe to hope that the day went smoothly.
She was late arriving on our day, and didn’t bother to notify us and only found out after I called her 45 mins after she was meant to arrive. The ceremony area was about to be set up incorrectly (thankfully I was keeping an eye on the set up while getting ready - this could have been avoided if she had attended a site inspection) and the aisle was way too slim that we barely fit down the aisle. My brother had to help her get the alcohol down the ceremony area because she wasn’t organised and ran out of time. There was no water available as guests arrived. The grazing board was not set up and we employed her for this particular reason, my bridesmaids thankfully intervened and found the cheese sitting out on the table and had to set it up, and the crackers were also misplaced. The donut cake tower was never put out, even after it was requested and my family had to intervene and run boxes around to guests. I reached out to Amy after the wedding to express my concerns and just felt heard, and after following up my initial email and still no response, I’m disappointed to say that I would not recommend Amy’s services.

Amy was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to help us with what we needed for our wedding and they were massive hits! The large LOVE light brought lots of joy to everyone, including the little ones at my wedding, and the peacock chairs were referred to as our thrones and everyone wanted a photo in them.
