Their buses are unreliable. I was on 2 buses that broke down in the space of 4 days. The reason I give them 3 stars, is because their drivers are really kind. They were quickly on the phone to find a replacement bus, and they were fully transparent with what was going on. All in all, they are great if you don't mind breaking down once or twice
