Kahlie from Popup with Style recently planned, styled and coordinated our micro wedding and we couldn't recommend her more highly. We had a loose vision of what we wanted our wedding to be like and Kahlie used this information to create something beyond our wildest dreams. She pulled together vendors including the venue which we would have never found ourselves to create the perfect day. Kahlie truly went above and beyond for us, was so easy to work with, extremely generous with her time (she even gave us recommendations, tips and contacts for a post wedding party we were planning separate to the event) and made the whole wedding planning process fun!

Choosing to get help from the amazing girls at Popup with style was 100% the best decision we made for our wedding. I actually could not of done it without them! Jess was so amazing and totally understood the style we wanted and suggested vendors that fit with that style. We were planning our wedding from overseas so removing the stress of this was such a lifesaver. Lots of people commented on how wonderful the celebrant, food, band, flowers were and these are all things that Jess recommended to us! She made sure that everything ran smoothly on the day including holding our oysters in the freezing cold that we snacked on while getting our photos done. Everything was totally perfect and it was due to Jess and the team running around making sure it went seamlessly. If you are wondering whether to book Popup or not I would say 100% do it as it’s the best money you will spend for your whole wedding!

Kahlie is beyond incredible to work with! I have worked alongside her on 3 weddings over the years and each one has been delightful.

Booking pop up with style was the best decision I made !

I had a cluster of themes from Starwars, Marvel, Disney lord of the rings and an overall elvin fairytale. This may sound like it's going to be a visual cluster but not for Kahlie she took it and she created the most amazing spectacular blend of these elements.

From the moment I first booked around two years from the big day Kahlie was available. No question was too big or to small no request was to difficult. I felt so at ease knowing that one of the biggest stressors of the day was in such incredible hands and I was able to just enjoy the process of leading up to getting married!

Kahlie created the most beautiful venue space and was such an amazing person to work with my venue would not have been transformed into the space I envisioned if it wasn't for her

I felt so at ease at comfortable that I let Kahlie run with how she envisioned the space, and her take on my vision, and it was the best decision. She takes the time to get to know you and what you love and is able to pull things together I didn't even think of !

I Can't thank her enough for everything she did ! It was the most special day and Pop up with style capturing my vision was a huge part in that

Eleanor and the whole team at Popup With Style are just the most delightful women to plan your wedding with! The whole process was a joy!

We are eternally grateful for Eleanor's dedication, attention to detail, creative ideas and problem solving skills to make our wedding day the best day of our lives. What was also amazing was the constant support, regular meetings, updates and ease of communication.

We contacted Kahlie shortly before our wedding as we felt we were 'almost there' and overall feeling pretty well organised. But when we thought about how we wanted the day to run, we knew we wanted to be able to be present with our friends and family above all else, and hence decided to engage an 'on the day coordinator'. Kahlie was fabulous, pleasant to work with, professional, well acquainted with the suppliers we'd chosen on the Mornington Peninsula and overall a serene and calming influence. Our day went perfectly, and we're sure Kahlie had a big part to play in that, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Putting on a pop up marquee wedding is such a massive project but it all went perfectly thanks to Kahlie and the girls. I never felt stressed and I knew from the beginning that the day would turn out perfectly.
