I visited a couple of weeks ago during a busy period. Although I usually go to a closer store, I remembered this store being good. Initially, the staff member was polite. However, when I questioned his recommendation to add liquid chlorine to my salt-chlorinated pool—especially as the printout didn’t indicate a need for it—he became defensive about his advice. He turned the sheet toward me and, rather rudely, said something like, ‘If you don’t want my advice, decide for yourself.’ Moving forward, I’ll be going elsewhere where staff are more open to discussing their recommendations. (The pool was fine with only the products recommended in the test report.)

Big thank you to Ryan for his advice on purchasing the Dolphin X20 robotic pool cleaner. After years of using a creepy crawly and doing with brush. I can’t believe how easy it was to set and use. My pool has never been cleaner. My pool bottom is dome shaped and he helped select the best model for my needs. Great customer service and advice. Thanks again.
