Poet's Cottage is absolutely lovely and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Blue Mountains. The cottage is beautifully decorated, the beds are really comfortable, the living/ dining area is a spacious and relaxing place to spend time, the bathrooms are large, lovely and clean, and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, appliances and larder of essentials (oil, salt, pepper, etc). Honestly, I've stayed in plenty of self-catering holiday lets, and Poet's Cottage is by far and away the best one I've been to. It's also in a great location, and the owner is really helpful too.

The poets cottage is just magnificent. The interior design is absolutely lovely and it's always sparkling clean. The property is huge and the gardens are absolutely regenerative. The cottage serves 7 people, is fully equipped, has high speed internet and there is a beautiful and big BBQ area on the backside of the cottage. Nestled in the stunning Blue Mountains all the activities are just a quick walk, or even quicker drive away. The poets cottage genuinely gives you that romantic Blue Mountains experience and feels like a home away from home from the 1st moment on, highly recommended.

Beautiful place, lovingly restored house and garden. Can't beat its proximity to the trails which are behind the garden. Sophia is a superhost, easy to reach and reached out during our stay to check if we had everything we needed.. Which we did! House was very clean and well stocked. Felt nice coming 'home' as opposed to a generic hotel room. Love the bathroom tiles btw! Will be back for sure.
