Recently stayed for 4 nights, we had a powered caravan site. Whilst the ammenities were a little dated they were always clean, the grounds were well kept and all the staff were lovely.
Directly across the road is a beautiful 24/7 Dog friendly beach which our Rough Collie absolutely loved.
We had site 142 which had shade from an established tree most of the day which was nice.
We’ll definitely be back

My partner and I stayed there for 4 nights, we had a powered caravan site. Whilst the ammenities were a little dated they were clean. The maintenance of the park was very good and we found all of the staff to be lovely.|It’s located straight across the road from a 24/7 dog friendly beach which our dog absolutely loved.|We will definitely be back .

Lovely place to holiday.
Quiet, neat and tidy, secure and beach at your doorstep.
Use the pool, kids play ground, tennis court, BBQ area, Mini Golf or just relax and listen to the birds and the gentle waves of the Bay.
Then enjoy a bite and a drink at the onsite Cafe. It has it all.

beds were dusty and my younger brother was sneezing all night, wifi doesn’t work either. yes the location near the beach and the greenery is nice but the beds’ condition is poor and they even charge a $100 cleaning fee if you don’t leave the room with the dishes washed, trash taken out, etc when the room is in poor condition to begin with. if you’re only spending one night here then you won’t get much service as the reception closes quite early (we arrived at 6 pm and it was closed), so you won’t be able to play mini golf but might be able to use the tennis court if you’re lucky, the resort boldly advertises a heated pool on their billboard at the front when the pool isn’t heated at all and its got bugs and spiders in it, looks like its barely maintained (same for the tennis court tbh). very pissed not worth the money

A seamless experience, cabin was all you could wish for, pool was perfect, air con nice and cold. Close to everything and the staff work tirelessly to maintain the facilities so we can relax and worry about going to the beach. Thank you Pleasurelea.

Fabulous! Location was quite, perfect after a day & night of dancing at Crank it Up Batemans Bay. Spacious Bunkhouse Accommodation, all amenities. Beach access across the road. |Very Affordable. Secure entry into park. Stay there, it's a must do.

Classic caravan & tourist Park so all the usual amenities for the traveller. Also has cabins for rent. Outside main town so quieter with a beach across the road

This is a great park well located and kept in immaculate condition I stayed 3 nights and had an ensuite I would definitely stay here again.
