Platinum Event Hire are such an amazing team of kind and helpful people who are willing to go above and beyond for their clients. My wedding was an outside event and it happened to hail the whole team came down to setup and were forced to pull furniture in and out as the weather changed. Absolute legends! Made my wedding the day I needed it to be and were so helpful, friendly and just all around wonderful!

I have business cards that I gave out on the night of my actual wedding to anyone who asked where the stuff came from!

Wouldn’t recommend.
We used platinum for my wedding.
Every time I arranged to go into the showroom they had shut early and not let me know. Then on the day when all the equipment got delivered it turned up dirty and some things were broken/faulty and when we had contacted them about faulty/broken equipment they were rude and difficult to deal with. However they did come out and swap the faulty equipment. So unprofessional.
I’m very surprised there are no other negative reviews.

Absolutely horrible service. Can not express enough just how unprofessional and completely unsocial aware this company is. Second hand event hire equipment at best that comes dirty. Horrible administration staff with absolutely no public relations skills and a unbelievably terrible
lack of attention to detail. If I could give less then 1 star I would. If you like being stuffed around and done over last minute go here. If I was you I’d forget this place and go somewhere else, anywhere else even to pay more. Dylan the set up delivery man is lovely though and I hope he finds better employers. What a nightmare this company was for us. 4.7 to a 4.5 from my rating I’m guessing. Well deserving too. I hope other deserving businesses come up before this One when you search event hire in google because this place is absolutely rancid and putrid.
