We had the good fortune of choosing Platinum cuisine to do the catering for 2 back to back events on Saturday and Sunday last week. They so excelled and met all expectations. Saturday was a luxurious lunch for 22 people that was superb. Sunday was a cocktail "Walk and Fork" event for 300 people. Both events the food was stunning and plentiful, For our big 300 people event the staff spent hours handing around beautiful food, checking on drinks and offering service that was outstanding. I cannot thank Arthur, Frank and his crew enough for being perfect! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Had our wedding at the Sugar Wharf and Platinum we cannot speak highly enough of. All our family and friends said it was the best food at a wedding they’ve had. All staff were very professional and helpful through the entire night.
