Maria from P2P was truly the best and 100% worth every penny! Besides our venue, P2P was the first vendor we secured through the wedding planning process, and I am so glad that we did! Not only was Maria our day-of coordinator, she accompanied us through our venue walkthrough 2 months out and created a timeline specific to our day and flow of events. She walked through every detail with me on this 2 weeks before our big day to make sure everything was in line. Despite the rain and the challenges that came with that, Maria was there every step of the way and ensured that our day was ran smoothly the entire time. We can't thank her enough!

As someone who has difficulty with delegating tasks having a month out coordinator was very helpful. She clearly delineated the things she would handle a month out and on the day of which allowed me to be able to step away from those tasks. Additionally, 3 days prior to our wedding, our DJ unexpectedly fell through and Maria helped us find a replacement within our budget within a few hours, which was HUGE. Overall she was easy to work with, well organized, and enthusiastic.

Celebrate Colleen's Sweet 16 & Bobby's 18th Birthday.
Maria @ Planned 2 Perfection was amazing as my party planner. I have never had a party planner before. Now I will never have another party without one.
Maria was fantastic! She arranged site visits to multiple venues. She provided some fantastic suggestions of things to do at the party, ie: board/card games, photo displays, etc. She actually gifted us a caricature artist, as well, who was a huge hit!!
Decor wise, Maria made some inexpensive suggestions regarding lighting & other things that were great options & helped keep the budget under control.
We met a few times so I could deliver decorations, & other things necessary for set up.
The day of the event, I walked in & it was all set. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Decorations. ✅️ Tables set & arranged. ✅️ Welcome sign at the door. ✅️. And so went the rest of the afternoon. Thanks to Maria, who worked with our venue's event coordinator, everything ran smooth as silk & I had the freedom to go visit with the family & friends who came to the party. I've received numerous compliments on the party & the good time everyone had. That was all- thanks to Maria Planned 2 Perfection LLC !

Maria turned out to be a wonderful asset to our daughter’s wedding. She is very friendly, professional and thorough. She contacted all of the vendors ahead of time. She arrived the night before for the rehearsal so that she would know the ceremony details. She assisted some family members to the rehearsal and party. She was at the wedding venue the first thing the next morning making sure everything was going as planned. She assisted the bridal party with personal items as well as coordinating lunches during the day. She made sure the venue was set up exactly as we wanted it to be. She did many other things behind the scene that truly helped the day go smoothly and stress free. Thank you Maria, we enjoyed having you with us and making the day so beautiful.
